AlliedBarton Customer Connection Program Enhances Communication with Clients
KING OF PRUSSIA, PA – June 25, 2007 – A multi-faceted quality assurance and customer care program, Customer Connection, was launched by AlliedBarton Security Services to enhance communication with their customers. Customer Connection provides an open, direct and always available means of communication, allowing customers to express concerns or compliments and ask questions at any time.
While the local management team continues to serve as the primary contact, Customer Connection presents additional communication resources: a multi-level, survey process for measuring customer satisfaction on a regular basis, and customer-driven communication tools allowing customers to communicate with AlliedBarton at anytime.

The survey process consists of several surveys including a new client survey used to determine factors influencing sales; a transition assessment survey to collect information about the startup and transition process; and an annual service performance evaluation to gauge customer satisfaction.
The communications tools consist of a toll-free, dedicated customer only hotline available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. All calls are recorded and entered into the Customer Connection database, assigned a case number and tracked electronically until resolved. Customer Connection also involves a direct line of communication via the AlliedBarton website and a dedicated email address.
Combined, the measurements of customer satisfaction and open lines of communication ensure that AlliedBarton is providing the highest quality services and meeting client expectations.
