AlliedBarton provides services within port facilities operating in environments governed by Maritime Transportation Security Act of 2001 (MTSA, 33 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Parts 101, 104 and 105 and the Safe Ports Act, including compliance with the TSA’s Transportation Workers Identification Credentials (TWIC) Program. AlliedBarton currently has over 4,000 MTSA trained and TWIC credential officers servicing regulated MARSEC level facilities.

In addition, we have a comprehensive National and Regional Hurricane and Disaster Management Plans that ensures continuity of security operations and management at MTSA regulated facilities during contingencies and emergencies. These plans have been implemented and tested during Hurricanes Katarina and Ike so we know they work.
