Pete Haas

Vice President/General Manager

Pete is responsible for the overall profitability and growth of AlliedBarton’s Central Region. Pete has built a successful track record in security over the past 35 years and has been with AlliedBarton since 1996. Pete is a member of ASIS and works closely with AlliedBarton’s local community outreach program, Genesis Women’s Shelter, to support their annual fundraising and awareness efforts.

Rik Lisko, CPP

Vice President, Business Development

Rik is responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts for AlliedBarton in the Central Region. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Rik has been with AlliedBarton since 2002 and has more than 32 years of security experience. Rik is a member of ASIS and serves as the President of the Professional Certification Board. Rik holds a CPP, M.S. in Human Resources Administration at St. Francis University and a B.A. in Criminology/Business at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Brad Schoonover, CPP

Vice President, Operations

Brad is responsible for operational oversight and delivery of service to his clients in the Central Region. Brad has been with AlliedBarton since 1999 and has more than 28 years of security experience. Brad is a member of ASIS and the ACFEI and holds a B.S in Security Management from TIU.

Joseph A. Cerquitella

Director, Value Management

Joe is responsible for operational oversight and delivery of service to his clients in the Central Region. Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, he has been with AlliedBarton since 2008 and has more than 15 years of security experience. Prior to joining AlliedBarton, Joe was the Managing Director/Principal of an international school in Budapest, Hungary and has traveled extensively, especially in Europe and Asia. At home in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Joe is very involved with Genesis Women’s Shelter, Austin Street Mission and Chase Oaks Church.

Mark Ancell

Business Development Manager

Mark joined the AlliedBarton team in 2004. He serves as the Business Development Manager for Kansas City and St. Louis. His primary responsibilities are to generate new business, as well as develop and maintain relationships with existing clients. Mark completed his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration at the Missouri Southern State University. He is an active member of BOMA and ASIS.

Suzanne McLaughlin

Business Development Manager

Suzanne is responsible for new business development for Oklahoma. Developing, managing and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, Suzanne has been with AlliedBarton since 2010 and has more than 18 years of successful experience in industrial sales and marketing. Suzanne utilizes the Tulsa district office as her primary office base in Oklahoma. She is an active member of BOMA Tulsa, BOMA Oklahoma City, IREM and Oklahoma Safety Council.

Kevin Gilgour

District Manager

Kevin Gilgour is responsible for operational oversight and delivery of service to his clients in the Kansas City and Wichita areas and Operations Manager oversight. Born and raised in the Kansas City area, Kevin has been with AlliedBarton since March 2004 and has more than 14 years of security experience. Kevin holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Missouri.

Geoffrey Gates

Operations Manager, Kansas City

Geoffrey Gates is responsible for operational oversight and delivery of service to his Clients in the Kansas City District (over 3,500 HPW). Born and raised in Wisconsin, Geoffrey has been with AlliedBarton since 2007 and has more than 34 years of security/investigation/leadership experience. Geoffrey is retired U.S. Army and attended college at the University Of Maryland as well as numerous security, physical security, investigation, anti-terrorism and close protection training over his career.

David Hughes

Operations Manager, Kansas City

David Hughes is an Operations Manager in the Kansas City District. David has been with AlliedBarton Security Services since 2006. David oversees numerous accounts in the Kansas City area. David was born in Wisconsin, but raised and has spent the majority of his life in Kansas. David is prior full time law enforcement as a narcotics officer for 16 years.

Cody Reese Jr.

Operations Manager, Tulsa, OK

Cody Reese is responsible for operational oversight and delivery of service to his clients in the Oklahoma/SE Kansas/SW Missouri area. Born and raised in the San Diego area, Cody has been with AlliedBarton since 2006 and has more than 15 years of security experience.

Mark Crumley

Operations Manager, Omaha, NE

Mark Crumley is responsible for operational oversight and delivery of service to his clients in western Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota. Born and raised in Iowa, Mark has been with AlliedBarton since 2008 and has more than 20 years of security experience. Mark is retired Air Force Security Forces and is currently working on his B.S. in Security Management at Bellevue University.

Nick Ellringer

Operations Manager, Des Moines, IA

Nick Ellringer is responsible for the operational oversight and delivery of service to clients in Central Iowa. Born and raised in Waterloo, Iowa and in Des Moines since 2003, Nick has been with AlliedBarton since 2007. Nick was a firefighter/EMT for three years and is a member of ASIS. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Drake University.
