Vice President/General Manager
DelMar is responsible for the overall growth, service, and management of more than 6000 personnel in the MidAtlantic Region. DelMar also has oversight of AlliedBarton's Company Police operations in North Carolina. DelMar has 26 years of service with AlliedBarton. He is an active member of ASIS, ISMA, BOMA, IREM, Charlotte Chamber of Commerce and the Charlotte Center City Crime Council. DelMar holds a B.S. in Geography from East Stroudsburg University.
Vice President, Operations
Daman is responsible for the commercial physical security infrastructure, program implementation, and security officer performance across the DC metro area. Daman holds a M.A. of Public Policy from George Mason University and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Waynesburg University. He has been with AlliedBarton since 1997 and has more than 15 years of security experience. Daman is a member of ASIS, ISMA and BOMA/AOBA and in 2010 he received the Friend of the Year award from the Washington, DC chapter of IREM.
Vice President, Business Development
Paul is the business development leader for the Philadelphia and Mid-Atlantic Regions. Paul leads and manages a team of 82 Sales Consultants, 10 Sales Managers, and eight Sales Directors. He has developed and implemented strategic sales training and marketing plans for the Mid-Atlantic sales team and more than 50 Operations Managers and Assistant Managers. Paul is an active member of ASIS, BOMA and IFMA. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
Director, Value Management
Kris is responsible for operational oversight and delivery of service to his clients in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Born and raised in the Upstate New York area, Kris has been with AlliedBarton since 2009 and has more than 5 years of security experience and 19 years of management and customer service experience. He is a member of several organizations including: ASIS, BOMA, AOBA and ACP and served as president of ASIS in the Richmond, VA region in 2011. Kris holds a B.S. in Education with an English Minor from the State University of New York at Oswego.
Business Development Manager
Tracy is responsible for establishing and developing business relationships to generate new business and retain current clients. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Old Dominion University. Tracy has been with AlliedBarton for 20 years, and has consistently performed against the company standards. Tracy is a four time recipient of the President’s Club Award for having the highest sales in the company and has received a sales award for every year in her two decade career since 1995. She is an active member of AOBA/BOMA, IREM, ASIS, WASMA, the DC Chamber of Commerce. Tracy is very active in the Golden Triangle, Downtown, and NOMA Business Improvement Districts. Business Development Specialist, Government Services
Ilene is responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining successful long-term business relationships within the federal state and local government networks in the MidAtlantic Region, with a background including more than 16 years of successful of federal, state and local government sales. Born and raised in the Maryland area, Ilene joined the AlliedBarton Government Services team in April 2014. She is a member of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, DC Chamber of Commerce, MD Chief of Police Association and attended Catonsville Community College.
